My colleagues have talked about the issues of relevance of advertisements to the lives of the people; these are issues of content and context. In Kenya, one will find advertisements on alcohol, cigarettes or farm products that might not be acceptable to that particular persuasion, in the precincts or neighbourhoods of a Church or Mosque. Who is going to police issues of content and context?"
