    "content": "It is good that Sen. Poghisio has clearly indicated that the licensee has to clear with the relevant authority. I would like to note that in Clause 4(2)(b)(ii), they should have stated the state agency in charge of a particular road type. That way, we will make sure that the law is applicable even when we come up with changes in the road sector. In the case of other surveillance equipment, you have to clear with the police to make sure that you do not obstruct any of the surveillance equipment on the roads."
