One can say, for example, that they want to be a shareholder at the Kenya Power (KP) Limited. One then gets a certain amount of shares and then takes the market value of the shares and any other lawful compensation. However, the qualification there is that it is the owner to decide the form of compensation, and not the Commission, Government or entity."
