    "content": "I like the idea of buying land and relocating people but it has not worked before. In Makueni, we have two cases of Nguu and Masongaleni settlement schemes where people were relocated to a piece of land which the Government had acquired but they never had titles deeds. Title deeds have come 30 years down the line. Therefore, I hope that the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources will interrogate the question of alternative pieces of land. If an alternative piece of land is there, it must be identified, demarcated and beaconed so that a person is given a title deed to go to a piece of land which has been acquired."
