    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in the compulsory acquisition of land for the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), schools and public bodies were not compensated. What they did in the case of schools is that the schools were rebuilt on alternative pieces of land acquired. It should be compulsory that if it is a school, it should be relocated instead of giving them money. What happened is that boards of management and head teachers of some of the schools in Makueni County started making profit out of that but we pushed for allocation of alternative pieces of land.
