    "content": "It is in the same breath that we must always tell Kenyans to know that there are mechanisms in Parliament for investigating Senators and Members of the National Assembly. If applied diligently, it can provide checks and balances in so far as the responsibilities that each one of us performs in this House. It also shows that parliamentarians do not fear to be investigated when allegations are raised. Those provisions are in our Standing Orders and they are useful."
