    "content": "The Government has posted a District Development Officer (DDO) to Mutito District. Nzambani District is yet to get a DDO, a Procurement Officer and a Human Resources Officer. Arrangements are at an advanced stage with the Treasury, the Directorate of Personnel Management, and the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 to fill the vacancies in Nzambani and Mutito districts. In the mean time, the two districts will continue to receive these professional services from Kitui Central District."
