    "content": "In the year 2018, the Ministry of Education acquired 13.7701 acres of land at cost of Kshs3.269 billion and Kshs1.5 billion has already been paid. There are outstanding claims running into billions of Kenya shillings for Outer Ring Road expansion, chief’s camp, Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church, DO’s office and illegal squatters on the land. These claims have been put at a conservative estimate of Kshs26 billion."
