    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to contradict the Right Hon. Prime Minister who gave a Statement in this House assuring us that they will buy maize through the National Cereals Produce Board (NCPB) which is a parastatal in the Ministry of Agriculture? He said that they will buy maize in order to replenish the Strategic Grain Reserve. This is the case and yet the Assistant Minister now stands up and says that they will not determine the price of maize. So, how will they buy this maize? Is the Assistant Minister in order to do that?"
