    "content": "Last time, we heard that there were some changes in the allocation to the counties. I am glad that nothing has come to us so far. In fact, once we enact this Bill, this House should resist any amendment that will come without the support of this House. This is a very important amendment to the Bill and we should fast-track it, for these funds to be channeled to the counties because we are almost halfway into the Financial Year."
