    "content": "Consequently, I wish to inform the House that previously, we have had reports of this nature, where allegations made are not substantiated. In the case of the proposed removal of the Governor for Kericho County, the allegations were not substantiated. As such, the Report was tabled by the Special Committee and the Speaker gave a Communication stating that further to the County Governments Act and the Senate Standing Orders, no further proceedings could be taken in respect of the allegations. However, owing to the importance that the House vested in the Special Committee and the overwhelming public interest in the matter, the Speaker allowed remarks by the Chairperson of the Committee in respect of the assignment the Committee undertook on the instructions of the House. The Speaker further permitted a few interventions of a general nature on the Report without going into the merits or demerits of the findings of the Special Committee."
