    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the reason I am rising on a point of order is that pursuant to Standing Order 106(3), I want to move a Motion that the debate on the Motion be limited into the following manner; that a maximum of ten minutes each for the Leader of Majority and the Leader of Minority; and a maximum of five minutes for all other Senators. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am mindful of the fact that even the Statement of the Senate Majority Leader has not been read and there is pending business on finance. Knowing that many Senators are expressing their desire to comment on this Report and the fact that all of us want to say something about it; I beg to move as such and ask Sen. Mahumud to second."
