    "content": "Through the national Government and Ministry of Environment and Forestry, the money will benefit 11 counties: Bungoma, Busia, Elgeyo-Marakwet, Kakamega, Kisumu, Nandi, Siaya, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu, Vihiga and West Pokot. The other grant, Kenya Urban Support Project (KUSP) - Urban Institutional Grants (UIG) allocation of Kshs1.85 billion - will cover 45 counties excluding Nairobi and Mombasa. The allocation for the UIG will be implemented through the national Government’s State Department of Housing and Urban Development."
