    "content": "A trustee may also, in his own volition, cease to be a trustee if he resigns, or if by death, or if the member is negligent in the performance of his duty, or misconducts himself. If he is outright incompetent in performing his duties the board may, in its own volition, appoint or co- opt members who will assist it in furtherance of board’s duties. Any such people that they co-opt may not exceed five, but they may be a minimum of three members."
