"content": "On a point of Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am just rising to add my voice to the point of order that has been raised by Dr. Khalwale. If you read the transition and consequential provisions, Article 261(4), it says: âFor the purposes of Clause 1 â clause 1 talks about enacting legislations that are required by this Constitution â the Attorney- General, in consultation with the Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution, shall prepare the relevant Bills for tabling before Parliament as soon as reasonably practical to enable Parliament to enact the legislation within the period specified.â"
