    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Bill by the Hon. Member. Retirement is very important for Kenyans. It is very important when we see our people contributing towards retirement because most Kenyans have a tendency of not saving. So, when a pension scheme is set aside for people to save for retirement, it is very commendable and good. During the retirement age, people do not receive their salaries. This is also during the age when people get ailments and they are weak. They cannot even work as they used to when they were in active employment. So, it is very important that this House discusses and deliberates on the County Pension Scheme Bill."
