    "content": "In supporting the Bill, I want to say again with a lot of clarity that whereas there was a previous Bill, it does not in any way prevent an Hon. Member from moving a Private Member’s Bill. When the two Bills arrive on the Floor of the Senate, the Senate can make a judicious decision on which of the two to adopt or how to marry them. At the end of the day, the two Bills should address the workers’ pension in the county governments."
