    "content": "related bodies that manage public funds. On the issue of remuneration of trustees, we should not leave it to the board to decide. We have the Salaries and Remuneration Commission that should be given the mandate to basically manage or set the salaries. I do believe that if properly managed, this Fund can be a game changer in terms of investments, especially in low cost housing that can assist the Government to achieve the Big Four Agenda.
