Much as we have the Executive, this same Constitution under Article 61 gives this Parliament a window to allow the Executive another two weeks. If you think the deadline of next week is too much, you cannot beat it--- It will be 27th November, 2010. But it does not give you, the leeway to decide as a Cabinet to completely flout the Constitution on the basis that you have been saved by this same Constitution."
