    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended by deleting the proposed amendments to the National Council for Law Reporting Act, 1994. After consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, we have realised that those amendments are substantial and cannot be done in this kind of a Bill. Through a letter he wrote to me dated 22nd August 2018, and which is even copied to the Clerk of the National Assembly, I beg to entirely delete all the proposed amendments to the National Council for Law Reporting Act of 1994 and table a substantive Bill."
