    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. It is like you picked my brains. I want to agree with you that the Committee’s position is not absolute. Many times, when a report has been tabled by a Committee, the Committee of the whole House looks at it to see its merits and demerits. The issue that the Chair has raised is not the first time it has come up. We realise that many Chairs of Committees do not agree with statute law miscellaneous amendments. We need to agree as a House on the route we need to take. If Chairs are saying that, that is not their position or that they did not deliberate on a particular matter, then many questions will come up. We need the Mover to be in agreement with the Chair so that we can move forward. When the Chair reads from a different script from the Mover, then we have a problem."
