Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended in the proposed amendments to the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999 by inserting the following new amendments in proper numerical order— s.34 Delete the words “National Environmental Department” appearing in the marginal note and substitute therefor the words “Complaints Committee”. s.34 Delete the word “Department” and substitute therefor the words “Complaints Committee”. It is the same argument of replacing the words “National Environmental Department” appearing in the marginal note and substituting therefor the words “Complaints Committee” of the National Environment Management Authority."
