    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman for allowing me to say what I want to say. I have looked at what we have gone through. I know this is a House of rules and procedure but if you look at the time we have taken to change every small bit to replace the word “department” with “Complaints Committee’’, we need to learn as we move forward. We, as a House, need to get a way to improve that in future so that such small things should not take our time. It should be done in a faster way. I know there is a procedure. It does not mean that we must stick with procedure that we cannot change anything. If there is something that we can do, such small issue should not take a lot of time."
