As I support this amendment which is good, in my mind, I am trying to think if there is nothing else in Kenya Roads Board Act which can be amended to make the roads maintenance fuel levy fund to be more efficient. I am wondering why it is only the aspect of the Master’s degree that the Committee saw to amend in the whole Act. There are so many things that need to be done, so that the roads maintenance fuel levy fund can be used efficiently."
