It states:- “The Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution shall stand dissolved five years after it has been established or at the full implementation of this Constitution as determined by Parliament, whichever is sooner, and that the National Assembly may, by resolution, extend its life.” Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to seek direction from the Chair as I find those two Articles, which are part of the same, contradictory to one another."
