    "content": " I am dealing with Section 59 because what it says is that we have charitable children institutions which are not part of Government institutions. Because of that, there are rules they must be subjected to. This amendment seeks to create a temporary place of safety established in this Act which will also be included in this list. The Child Welfare Society has now been given through that Gazette Notice, the power to actually put children in places of safety. The places that they are putting children in are the ones being protected. That is exactly the reason. The whole thing is about child welfare society."
