Speaker, my Question is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock. a) What is the status of implementation of the Crops (Food Crops) Regulations of 2015, specifically regulation 26(3) on the marketing requirement on unit of measurements? b) What plans have been put in place to cushion farmers from middlemen who fail to adhere to the law relating to packaging of units above 50 kilogrammes? c) What measures has the Ministry put in place to enable farmers to access markets directly?"
