    "content": "(2) Delete the words “the High Court, the Court of Appeal” and substitute therefore the words “the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Environment and Land Court, the Employment and Labour Relations Court” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the rationale for this amendment is that the Committee recommends a further amendment to Section 3(1) to include the Supreme Court. The reasoning is that the amendment will align Section 3(1) of the Act with the Constitution by making reference to all courts in Kenya established by the Constitution, including the Supreme Court. That is the rationale of the amendment."
