    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that a rogue leopard has been terrorizing people in Osula/Ugoye Village in South East Karungu Location, Nyatike District and that Messrs. Lazarus Otieno and Zachary Ochieng, aged 25 and 33 years respectively, were seriously injured? (b) Is the Minister also aware that the wild animals have also killed several sheep and other domestic animals in Karungu Division? (c) Could the Minister assure the House that the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) personnel will trap or kill the animals to avoid further destruction and threat to human life?"
