    "content": "The justification of the amendment is that the Committee found that having three advocates in the Civil Procedure Committee to represent all advocated practising in Kenya does not adequately cater for the unique needs of each region of the country. There is need for more representation from advocates practising throughout the country. It is to expand the numbers so that we have adequate representation of all regions of our country."
