The amendment says that you delete that and substitute with place of residence, postal address, global positioning system coordinates, land reference number, plot number or house number, if any. If you analyse what he is saying, the amendment does not provide options. If you do not have any of the listed requirements during registration, then that is not an offence. The first one demands that you must have them. That is the difference."
