    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended by deleting the proposed amendment to section 9(1) of the Registration of Persons Act, Cap.107. The reason I am proposing this amendment is the same with the one Members have been stating. If you look at what is proposed in this amendment you realise that it is seeking to have an integrated identity management system that is very complex, that will be getting information from members of the public. When we are an advanced society, it is a very good thing. I am just wondering whether it is possible given the disparities that we have in the country."
