    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, from all the material that has been presented to me, I am satisfied that when this company was formed, it met all the requirements of the law. However, at the time it was de-registered, it was out of the desire by the Attorney- General and the Registrar of Companies to ensure that this company did not continue trading in any form whatsoever as a way of protecting the public. I am not aware that there was a cover up. I do not believe that the Government would have an interest in covering up a criminal act that it was in any event in the process of prosecuting in several courts throughout the country."
