You know the process of arbitration has a whole Act of Parliament which manages it and it has processes which are conclusive such that whether you introduce the Cabinet Secretary or not, the moment there is an arbitrator in place, the law takes its course and even if an award is not acceptable or has issues, it can be subjected to directions of the High Court. So, I believe whether the Cabinet Secretary does consultation or not, so long as there is an arbitrator in place, there is an Act of Parliament which controls the actions of the arbitrator. So, I support."
