I want to join the Leader of the Majority Party and to an extent the Leader of the Minority Party in thanking those Members who have actively participated in this Bill. I want to encourage those of us who know the importance of this Bill to come tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. There was a Procedural Motion today in the afternoon. Chances are that Members may easily forget to come to the Chamber because it will be a Thursday Morning. I wanted to use this opportunity to remind Members that tomorrow in the morning at 9.30 a.m, we should all come without subjecting the office of whipping to start requesting Members to come in and participate in these procedures."
