    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the concerns of Members, but if there is one hardworking Chairperson of Committees in this House, it is yours truly. I know that is not in doubt. We have been trying to have an engagement with the Cabinet Secretary on the policy. That is at policy administration level and we must also come up with legislation that will guide the regional economic blocs among counties. As the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights – and I am not complaining – we have been concerned about how we can buttress and add flesh to that policy to ensure that the Senate is fully involved.
