    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to also add my voice to this important Bill. From the outset, this is a timely and also a constitutional Bill which seeks to align PPPs to county government structures. This Bill will promote more development in our counties. The PPPs will help our counties to get more funds to fund huge infrastructural development projects, which our normal allocations cannot cater for. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in the counties where we come from, there are quite a number of developments that our people need. These include modern structures and even the very basic needs like roads and waste management.
