    "content": "Therefore, your humble Petitioner prays that the National Assembly through the Departmental Committee of Administration and National Security: (i) Calls deployment of more security personnel in the area and establishes security patrol bases in the area prone to militia attacks. (ii) Recommends recruitment of more and well equipped national police reservists among the local people to assist with security. (iii) Recommends for allocation of funds for construction of access roads to facilitate easy movement of security personnel in the area and for compensation of the affected families with regards to lost lives and property destroyed as a result of terrorist attacks and makes any other order or direction that deems fit in the circumstance of the matter. And your Petitioner will ever pray."
