I wish to obtain a Statement from the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on the disbursement of the Sugar Development Levy that has been given to millers since its inception and when it was suspended. Each time a sugarcane farmer took his product to the factory, it attracted some tax called the Sugar Development Levy."
