Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 30(3)(a), this House resolves to extend its afternoon sitting today, until conclusion of business appearing as Order No. 9, being Committee of the whole House on the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 12 of 2018). Yesterday afternoon, we spent the whole sitting dealing this Bill. This morning we did very well until we ran into some headwinds on children’s affairs. We are now back from lunch break and we want to start dealing with children’s affairs."
