Is the Assistant Minister in order to tell us that he will pay them in the next one month when they employed these people in April and they are under the supervision of the MOHs? The MOHs should have submitted the relevant documents to the Ministry for the payment! Is the Assistant Minister in order to continue delaying their payment and saying that he is waiting for documentation?"
