You are either moving your amendment or you are moving the amendment of Millie Odhiambo. You cannot say this is Millie’s amendment but you also had it. That is not parliamentary in the Committee of the whole House. You either say it is your amendment and we look at the Order Paper or it is not. There is nowhere in this procedure where you and Millie can be shareholders in an amendment. You can only be shareholders in children’s homes."
