Could he explain the basis for this, if it is the same 50 kilogramme bag of, say, DAP or CAN. Why would it be different from one factory to another? This also applies to sugar factories. You will find that some factories charge much higher for a bag of DAP than other factories. Why has the Government allowed this?"
