    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish I were able to answer that question in the affirmative. I think all of us owe a moral responsibility to the people who have lost their money. I think Parliament, the Executive and the Judiciary must work together to ensure that justice is accorded to those persons. I regret, however, that I cannot, on behalf of the Government, accept any responsibility for the business of that company. It is the assumption of the law that every person would take some due diligence in respect of the business that they enter. In the circumstances of that case - and of the other cases that we will be addressing next week - I regret that no funds would exist within the Government structure today to make any compensation."
