    "content": "The second issue is that the amendment interferes with the management and dictates insertion of futuristic provisions in the employment contract. It is confusing. We do not know what we are curing by this particular amendment. A comprehensive review of the same law is on the way coming so, we thought that this is not the right place to carry this amendment and therefore proposed to delete it."
