    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I have summarised the import. I have around 16 sections under these amendments. Largely, the effect of amending the sections is the same. The end results of the amendments are the same. That is why I generalised and gave you four reasons. First, it will interfere with the trade unions. Secondly, the proposed amendments are so substantive that they should not be carried under a miscellaneous amendment Bill. Third, it interferes with the right of trade unions. Lastly, the wider participation of tripartite partners has not been brought on board."
