    "content": "Imagine what will happen if the Port of Mombasa staff went on a strike for two months. How many people died when the doctors were on strike? As the Chair has said, the substantive Bill needs to come to the House as fast as possible, so that we engage each other and have a discussion as a country. I am sure all of us who are sitting here know of somebody who died when doctors went on strike. We cannot live in a world which is chaotic. I really want to ask the Chair to please bring that Bill which he said he wants to engage us on. Kenyans need to get into a discussion."
