    "content": "(a) The delay in the completion and commissioning of Naivasha Water Supply Project was due to processing of tax exemption at the Treasury and lack of transformers at the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited (KPLC). The KPLC has now procured transformers and its personnel are currently on site installing them. The major components of the project were completed in April, 2010 except installation of power. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this month."
