The Leader of the Majority Party could prosecute the deletion as he had proposed. If he prosecutes his deletion, in effect, everything else falls because he will have deleted any other amendment that would have been proposed. That is why I asked the Leader of the Majority Party whether he is withdrawing his amendment or prosecuting deletion of all the amendments. It is very important. That is why I asked him twice."
