    "content": " She is not amending subsection 3 so that we just go by what is in the Bill and treat it as though there is no amendment. That is what I am seeing as far as I can see. Look at Section 23 (3). The one which we finished was by the Leader of the Majority Party which was done well. So, now we are in Section 23(3), which she is not amending. She has just expressed herself on something which she has no amendment for. That is my point."
